Aura Strategies was founded to reimagine what a lobbying firm could be - to use political capital to generate positive impact, rather than just profit.
It was founded by Richmond Luzar, a former staffer and lobbyist with experience in Federal, State, and County government.
Before Aura Strategies, Richmond drafted and passed over two dozen bills at the Honolulu City Council. He went on to work for a local advocacy firm, where he found a passion for nonprofit lobbying.
